Refund Policy

COACHING SESSIONS
Rescheduling and cancellation: Life happens. You may reschedule or cancel a session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time, directly from your booking confirmation email or your account on this site.

Refunds with notice: If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, any payment you have made for that session will be refunded in full to your original payment method, or credited toward a future session — your choice.

Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), may be charged in full. I understand that emergencies are real; if something serious kept you away, write to me and we'll find a fair solution together.

If I have to cancel: If I ever need to cancel or move a session, you'll be offered a new time or an immediate full refund.

BOOK A FREE 10-MINUTE ZOOM VIDEO CALL
The introductory call is free, so no refund applies. But if you can't make it, please cancel or reschedule so the time can go to someone else who needs it.

THE BOOK
The Gift: Trauma to Triumph is sold through Amazon. Purchases, returns, and refunds for the book are handled entirely by Amazon under Amazon's own return policy. Please contact Amazon directly for any order issues.

The downloadable guides on this site are free gifts. Nothing to refund; they're yours to keep.
