SELF-LOVE GROUPS · NOW ENROLLING
Coming Home to Your Self
A 25-week guided group journey to self-love and recovery, led by Coach Burton on Zoom. First groups begin Saturday, October 31 and Sunday, November 1.

You don't have to heal alone.
What is left after trauma — abuse, betrayal, grief, serious illness, addiction, financial loss, a relationship ending, falling from grace? This group is for adults who have lived through something that changed them, and who are ready to change their relationship with it. Healing is not about erasing our past. It is about changing our relationship to it. Not a substitute for therapy — a safe, gentle and kind space where survivors heal alongside each other.
Over 25 weeks, the group walks five parts together:
I · Beginning the journey home — a foundation of safety, hope and self-compassion
II · Learning to walk with compassion — new ways of relating to yourself
III · Healing the wounds that shaped us — understanding the past without living there
IV · Becoming your authentic self — living with courage, meaning and intention
V · Living from self-love — integration, growth and wholeness

How the journey unfolds
A group is a living thing. It has its own four seasons, and it will find them.
STAGE I · FORMATIVE
STAGE I · FORMATIVE — Group rules and a signed confidentiality agreement. A safe, gentle and kind space. Information exchange, group goals and a journal.
STAGE II · TRANSITION
STAGE II · TRANSITION — Group goals set against individual goals. The slow, necessary move from me-ness to we-ness.
STAGE III · WORKING
STAGE III · WORKING — The long middle, where the weekly practice lives. This is where self-love's silver lining is found, and where a new life worth living begins to be built.
STAGE IV · TERMINATION
STAGE IV · TERMINATION — Wrap-up, evaluation and next steps — a deliberate ending rather than a disappearance.

Questions
Is this therapy?
No. It is a trauma-informed group led by a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. It is not a substitute for therapy or for emergency mental health care.
Do I have to share my story?
No. We use trauma-focused tools rather than raw retelling. You don't have to share your story with the group, but you may choose to.
What do I need?
Access to Zoom video, a private hour each week, and the willingness to commit to the full 25 weeks.
What if I miss a session?
There are no make-up sessions, so we ask you to choose the group that fits your week.
Is it covered by insurance?
Insurance is not accepted.
What if the group doesn't fill?
You may apply your payment to a future start date or request a full refund.
Is it the same as the free 25 Steps guide?
The guide shares the framework. The group walks it with you, one step each week, alongside others.
Not sure yet? Start smaller.
If something here stirred in you, Burton would be honored to listen. A free 10-minute Zoom video call is enough to see, gently, whether walking together feels like a good fit. No pressure, and no obligation to continue.
This is a private practice. Medical insurance is not accepted, and these sessions are not a substitute for emergency mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or a helpline in your country.
