THE SHORT VERSION
I collect only what I need to respond to you, deliver what you asked for, and conduct sessions: your name, your email, and your booking details. I never sell your information, and I never share it except with the services that keep this site running.

WHAT I COLLECT, AND WHY
Free guides: When you download a free guide, you share your first name, last name, and email so the guide can reach you and so I can occasionally write to you with resources and encouragement. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Bookings: When you book a session, you share your name, email, and the appointment details, so the session can happen and reminders can reach you.

Payments: When online payments are enabled, payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. I never see or store your full card details.

Cookies and analytics: Like most websites, this site (hosted on Wix) uses cookies and standard analytics to function properly and understand how visitors use it.

WHO HANDLES YOUR DATA
This site is built and hosted on Wix.com, which stores form submissions, member accounts, and booking data on my behalf under its own security and privacy practices. Sessions take place on Zoom, and Zoom's privacy policy applies to the call itself. Book purchases happen on Amazon, under Amazon's privacy policy. I don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information with anyone.

WHAT STAYS BETWEEN US
What you share with me in sessions stays between us. I treat everything you tell me with care and discretion. The only exceptions would be those required by law, or a situation where I believed you or someone else was in immediate danger.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
Unsubscribe from emails at any time; every email includes a link. Ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it: burtonfischler@gmail.com. Decline non-essential cookies through the site's cookie banner.

THIS SITE IS FOR ADULTS
My services and this website are intended for adults 18 and older. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
